¹⁹ but with the precious blood of Christ,^(A) like that of an unblemished and spotless lamb.^{(B) 20} He was foreknown^(C) before the foundation of the world but was revealed in these last times^(D) for you.

⁶ Then I saw one like a slaughtered lamb^(A) standing in the midst of the throne and the four living creatures and among the elders. He had seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God^(B) sent into all the earth.

¹² They said with a loud voice,

¹⁴ I said to him, “Sir,^[a] you know.”

Then he told me: These are the ones coming out of the great tribulation.^(A) They washed their robes and made them white^(B) in the blood of the Lamb.
