Haman Is Hanged

7 So the king and Haman went in to ·eat [^Ldrink; ^Ca reference to elaborate feasting] with Queen Esther. ² As they were drinking wine on ·the second day [or this second occasion; 5:4–6], the king asked Esther again, “What ·are you asking for [is your petition]? I will ·give it to you [grant it]. What is ·it you want [your request]? ·I will give you [Ask for] as much as half of my kingdom and it shall be done.”
