10 [a]The Excellent that formed all things, both rewardeth the fool, and rewardeth the transgressors.
11 (A)As a dog turneth again to his own vomit, so a fool turneth to his foolishness.
12 Seest thou a man wise in his own conceit? [b]more hope is of a fool than of him.
