¹⁰ and Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the regions of Libya toward Cyrene; and the Romans residing here; ¹¹ both Jews and proselytes, Cretans and Arabs; we are hearing them speaking the great^[a] things of God in our own tongues”. ¹² And they were all astonished and greatly-perplexed, saying one to another, “What does this mean?”
