Acts 23:17-19

¹⁷ Paul called one of the centurions.

“Take this young man to the tribune,” he said. “He’s got something to tell him.”

¹⁸ So he took him off and brought him to the tribune.

“Paul the prisoner called me and asked me to bring this young man to you,” he said. “Apparently he’s got something to tell you.”

¹⁹ So the tribune took the young man by the hand, and led him off into a private room.

“What is it you have to tell me?” he asked.
