²¹ Heaven must welcome^[a] Him until the times of the restoration of all things, which God spoke about by the mouth of His holy prophets from the beginning.^(A)

¹³ But based on His promise, we wait for the new heavens and a new earth,^(A) where righteousness will dwell.^(B)

The New Creation

21 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth,^(A) for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea no longer existed.^(B)
