Deuteronomy 15:21-23

²¹ If it has a blemish—lameness, blindness, or any kind of defect—you must not sacrifice it to the Lord your God. ²² In your cities,^[a] both the unclean and the clean together are to eat it together,^[b] as the gazelle and the deer, ²³ but you are not to eat its blood. Pour it on the ground like water.”
