¹³ Now ^(A)concerning everything which I have said to you, be careful; and ^(B)do not mention the name of other gods, nor let them be heard ^[a]from your mouth.

⁷ so that you will not ^[a]associate with these nations, these which remain with you, or ^(A)mention the name of their gods, or ^(B)make anyone swear by them, or ^(C)serve them, or bow down to them.
