²⁸ Pharaoh responded, “I will let you go and sacrifice to the Lord your God in the wilderness, but don’t go very far. Make an appeal^(A) for me.”

²⁸ Make an appeal to Yahweh. There has been enough of God’s thunder and hail. I will let you go;^(A) you don’t need to stay any longer.”

¹⁷ Please forgive my sin once more and make an appeal to Yahweh your God, so that He will take this death away from me.”
