²⁴ When they moved, I heard the sound of their wings like the roar of mighty waters,^(A) like the voice of the Almighty,^(B) and a sound of commotion like the noise of an army.^(C) When they stood still, they lowered their wings.

² and I saw the glory of the God of Israel^(A) coming from the east.^(B) His voice sounded like the roar of mighty waters,^(C) and the earth shone with His glory.^(D)

¹⁵ His feet were like fine bronze as it is fired in a furnace, and His voice like the sound of cascading^[a] waters.^(A)

² I heard a sound^[a] from heaven like the sound of cascading waters^(A) and like the rumbling of loud thunder. The sound I heard was also like harpists playing on their harps.^(B)
