⁴⁶ Therefore, thus says the Lord GOD: “I will bring a multitude upon them and will give them to the tumult and to the spoil.

⁴⁷ “And the multitude shall stone them with stones and cut them with their swords. They shall slay their sons and their daughters and burn up their houses with fire.

⁴⁸ “Thus I will cause wickedness to cease from the land, so that all women may be taught not to practice your wickedness.
