¹⁶ When the chief baker^(A) saw that Joseph had given a favorable interpretation,^(B) he said to Joseph, “I too had a dream: On my head were three baskets^(C) of bread.^[a]

¹² Now a young Hebrew^(A) was there with us, a servant of the captain of the guard.^(B) We told him our dreams, and he interpreted them for us, giving each man the interpretation of his dream.^(C)

¹⁵ Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I had a dream, and no one can interpret it.^(A) But I have heard it said of you that when you hear a dream you can interpret it.”^(B)

²⁵ Then Joseph said to Pharaoh, “The dreams of Pharaoh are one and the same.^(A) God has revealed to Pharaoh what he is about to do.^(B)

³⁶ “This was the dream, and now we will interpret it to the king.^(A)
