⁵ Israel’s arrogance testifies against them.^[a](A)
Both Israel and Ephraim stumble
because of their wickedness;^(B)
even Judah will stumble with them.^(C)

⁹ The look on their faces testifies against them,
and like Sodom,^(A) they flaunt their sin.
They do not conceal it.
Woe to them,
for they have brought evil on themselves.^(B)
