17 dacă mi-am mâncat singur pâinea,
fără ca orfanul să fi avut şi el partea lui din ea,
18 eu, care din tinereţe l-am crescut ca un tată,
eu, care de la naştere am sprijinit pe văduvă;
19 dacă am văzut pe cel nenorocit ducând lipsă de haine,
pe cel lipsit neavând învelitoare,
