⁵ Woe to ^(A)Assyria, the ^(B)rod of My anger
And the staff in whose hands is ^(C)My indignation,

⁵ They are coming from a far country,
From the ^(A)end of the sky,
Yahweh and His instruments of ^(B)indignation,
To ^(C)wreak destruction on the whole land.

²⁷ Behold, ^(A)the name of Yahweh comes from afar;
^(B)Burning is His anger and heavy is His ^[a]smoke;
His lips are filled with ^(C)indignation
And His tongue is like a ^(D)consuming fire;
