3 I the Lord do keep it: I will water it every moment: lest any assail it, I will keep it night and day.
4 Anger [a]is not in me: who would set the briers and the thorns against me in battle? I would go through them, I would burn them together.
5 Or will he [b]feel my strength, that he may make peace with me, and be at one with me?

- Isaiah 27:4 Therefore he will destroy the kingdom of Satan, because he loveth his Church for his own mercy’s sake, and cannot be angry with it, but wisheth that he may pour his anger upon the wicked infidels, whom he meaneth by briers and thorns.
