⁶ The sword of the Lord is filled with blood,
It drips with fat, with the blood of lambs and goats,
With the fat of the kidneys of rams.
For the Lord has a sacrifice in ^(A)Bozrah,
And a great slaughter in the land of ^(B)Edom.

¹⁰ For ^(A)that day belongs to the Lord ^[a]God of armies,
A day of ^(B)vengeance, so as to avenge Himself on His foes;
And the ^(C)sword will devour and be satisfied,
And ^[b]drink its fill of their blood;
For there will be a ^(D)slaughter for the Lord ^[c]God of armies,
In the land of the north at the river Euphrates.
