¹⁸ You show faithful love to thousands but lay the fathers’ sins on their sons’ laps after them,^(A) great and mighty God^(B) whose name is Yahweh of Hosts, ¹⁹ the One great in counsel and mighty in deed, whose eyes are on all the ways of the sons of men in order to give to each person according to his ways and the result of his deeds.^(C)

²⁹ Your Majesty, while you were in your bed, thoughts came to your mind about what will happen in the future.^[a](A) The revealer of mysteries^(B) has let you know what will happen.

¹¹ “For My name will be great among the nations,^(A) from the rising of the sun to its setting. Incense^[a] and pure offerings will be presented in My name in every place because My name will be great among the nations,”^[b] says Yahweh of Hosts.
