Whatever His soul desires, He does it.

The man of ^[a]My purpose from a distant country.
Truly I have ^(C)spoken; truly I will bring it to pass.
I have planned it, I will certainly do it.

⁸ “For My thoughts are not ^(A)your thoughts,
Nor are ^(B)your ways My ways,” declares the Lord.
⁹ “For ^(C)as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are My ways higher than your ways
And My thoughts than your thoughts.
