¹⁸ He said to them, “I watched Satan^(A) fall from heaven like lightning.^(B)

²⁰ The God of peace^(A) will soon crush Satan^(B) under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you.^(C)

⁹ I know your^[a] affliction and poverty, but you are rich. I know the slander of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.^(A)

⁹ Note this: I will make those from the synagogue of Satan, who claim to be Jews and are not, but are lying—I will make them come and bow down at your feet,^(A) and they will know that I have loved you.^(B)

² He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent who is the devil and Satan,^[a](A) and bound^(B) him for a thousand years.
