⁴⁵ “Then He will answer them, ‘I assure you: Whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for Me either.’^(A)

⁴⁸ He told them, “Whoever welcomes^[a] this little child in My name welcomes Me. And whoever welcomes Me welcomes Him who sent Me.^(A) For whoever is least among you—this one is great.”^(B)

⁴⁸ The one who rejects Me^(A) and doesn’t accept My sayings has this as his judge:^[a] The word I have spoken will judge him on the last day.^(B)
