2 Nebunului nu-i este de învăţătură,
ci vrea să arate ce ştie el.
3 Când vine cel rău, vine şi dispreţul
şi, odată cu ruşinea, vine şi ocara.
4 Cuvintele gurii unui om sunt ca nişte ape(A) adânci;
izvorul înţelepciunii este ca un şuvoi(B) care curge întruna.
