Psalm 38:15-17

¹⁵ For on You, O LORD, I wait. You will hear, my LORD. My God.

¹⁶ For I said, “Hear me, lest they rejoice over me. When my foot slips, they extol themselves against me.”

¹⁷ Surely, I am ready to halt; and my sorrow is ever before me.
