¹ Lord, do not rebuke me in your anger;
do not discipline me in your wrath.^(B)

⁸ The Lord judges the peoples;^(A)
vindicate me, Lord,
according to my righteousness and my integrity.^(B)

²⁴ Vindicate me, Lord my God,
in keeping with your righteousness,
and do not let them rejoice over me.^(A)
