¹⁷ and if children, then ^(A)heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, ^(B)if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.

⁵ For as ^(A)the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our ^[a]consolation also abounds through Christ.

¹⁵ And I will very gladly spend and be spent ^(A)for your souls; though ^(B)the more abundantly I love you, the less I am loved.

¹⁷ Yes, and if ^(A)I am being poured out as a drink offering on the sacrifice ^(B)and service of your faith, ^(C)I am glad and rejoice with you all.
