² The Lord^[a] said to Satan: “The Lord rebuke you, Satan! May the Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn’t this man a burning stick snatched from the fire?”^(A)

²⁶ But He said to them, “Why are you fearful, you of little faith?” Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the sea.^(A) And there was a great calm.

²⁵ But Jesus rebuked^(A) him and said, “Be quiet,^[a](B) and come out of him!”

³⁵ But Jesus rebuked him^(A) and said, “Be quiet and come out of him!”

And throwing him down before them, the demon came out of him without hurting him at all.

⁹ Yet Michael^(A) the archangel,^(B) when he was disputing with the Devil^(C) in a debate about Moses’^(D) body, did not dare bring an abusive condemnation against him but said, “The Lord rebuke you!”
