And Jesus answered and said, while He taught in the temple, “How say the scribes that Christ is the Son of David?

Jesus began to say, as He taught in [a portico or court of] the temple, “How can the scribes say that the Christ is the son of David?
And as Jesus taught in [a porch or court of] the temple, He said, How can the scribes say that the Christ is David’s Son?
And Jesus answered and said, while he taught in the temple, How say the scribes that Christ is the Son of David?
While Jesus was teaching in the temple, he asked, “How can the scribes say that the Messiah is the son of David?
While Jesus was teaching in the temple, he said, “Why do the legal experts say that the Christ is David’s son?
As Yeshua was teaching in the Temple, he asked, “How is it that the Torah-teachers say the Messiah is the Son of David?
As Jesus was teaching in the temple, he said, “How can the teachers of the Law of Moses say the Messiah will come from the family of King David?
And Jesus answering said [as he was] teaching in the temple, How do the scribes say that the Christ is son of David?
And having responded, Jesus was saying while teaching in the temple, “How is it that the scribes say that the Christ is the son of David?
And Jesus answering, said, teaching in the temple: How do the scribes say, that Christ is the son of David?
Jesus was teaching in the Temple area. He asked, “Why do the teachers of the law say that the Messiah is the son of David?
Jesus was teaching people in the yard at the temple. He said, ‘The teachers of God's Law say that the Messiah is King David's son. What do you think about that?
While Jesus was teaching in the temple courts, he responded by saying, “How is it that the experts in the law say that the Christ is the Son of David?
And as Jesus taught in the temple, he said, “How can the scribes say that the Christ is the son of David?
And as Jesus taught in the temple, he said, “How can the scribes say that the Christ is the son of David?
As Jesus was teaching in the Temple [courts; complex], he asked, “Why do the ·teachers of the law [scribes] say that the ·Christ [Messiah] is the ·son [descendant] of David [C see 2 Sam. 7:12]?
¶ And Jesus answered and said teaching in the Temple, How say the Scribes that Christ is the son of David?
While Jesus was teaching in the temple courtyard, he asked, “How can the experts in Moses’ Teachings say that the Messiah is David’s son?
As Jesus was teaching in the Temple, he asked the question, “How can the teachers of the Law say that the Messiah will be the descendant of David?
So Jesus asked this question as He taught in the temple complex, “How can the scribes say that the Messiah is the Son of David?
Jesus was teaching in the Temple. He asked, “Why do the teachers of the law say that the Christ is the son of David?
While Jesus was teaching in the Temple, he asked, “How can the scribes say that the Messiah is David’s son?
Later, while Jesus was teaching in the Temple he remarked, “How can the scribes make out that Christ is David’s son, for David himself, inspired by the Holy Spirit, said, ‘The Lord said to my Lord, Sit at my right hand, till I make your enemies your footstool’.
¶ And answering, Jesus said, while he taught in the temple, How do the scribes say that the Christ is Son of David?
And Jesus answered and said, while he taught in the temple, How say the scribes that Christ is the son of David?
And Jesus answered and said, while he taught in the temple, How say the scribes that Christ is the Son of David?
And Jesus began to say, as He taught in the temple, “How is it that the scribes say that the Christ is the son of David?
And continuing, Jesus said while teaching in the temple courts, “How can the scribes say that the Christ is David’s son?
Later, as Jesus was teaching the people in the Temple area, he asked them this question: “Why do your religious teachers claim that the Messiah must be a descendant of King David?
While he was teaching in the Temple, Jesus asked, “How is it that the religion scholars say that the Messiah is David’s ‘son,’ when we all know that David, inspired by the Holy Spirit, said, God said to my Master, “Sit here at my right hand until I put your enemies under your feet.” “David here designates the Messiah ‘my Master’—so how can the Messiah also be his ‘son’?” The large crowd was delighted with what they heard.

By way of response to it all, Jesus began to teach in the Temple. “Why do the experts say,” he asked, “that the Messiah is the son of David?
While Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach was saying shiurim (Torah talks) in the Beis Hamikdash, he was saying: How is it that the Sofrim say that Moshiach is [merely] ben Dovid?
And Jesus answered and said (teaching in the Temple), “How can the scribes say that Christ is the Son of David?
And as Jesus taught in the temple, he said, “How can the scribes say that the Christ is the son of David?
And as Jesus taught in the temple, he said, “How can the scribes say that the Christ is the son of David?
While Yeshua was teaching in the Temple, He said, “How is it that the Torah scholars say that the Messiah is Ben-David?
Later Jesus was teaching in the temple. Jesus: Why do the scribes say that the Anointed One is the son of David?
Jesus responded, as he taught in the temple, “How is it that the scribes say that the Christ is the son of David?
Jesus was teaching people in the temple. He said, `How can the scribes say that Christ is David's son?
And Jesus answered and said, teaching in the temple, How say [the] scribes, that Christ is the son of David?
And Jesus answering said, teaching in the temple, `How say the scribes that the Christ is son of David?
